Telekom Srbija donates smart boards to elementary schools in Kosovo and Metohija

The Telekom Srbija company donated ten smart boards, sports equipment and chess boards to elementary schools in Kosovo and Metohija. During his visit to the schools, the CEO of Telekom Srbija, Vladimir Lučić, handed over these valuable donations as a form of support of our company to the education of children and youth from this region.

“There are different kinds of smart boards, these are the cutting-edge ones, they allow you to acquire digital knowledge in an interesting way which helps the children, and at the same time they enable high quality video conference calls so that the children can communicate with their friends from other schools that have smart boards. Online classes are also possible from a single point in all the schools to which we have donated the boards,” said Lučić. He added that our company would also donate 180 smart boards throughout Serbia and that this donation is implemented as a part of the project of granting smart boards to Serbian elementary schools at the initiative of Serbian President Aleksandar Vućić.

The donations were made to the following schools in Kosovo and Metohija: Elementary School Leposavić in Leposavić, Elementary School Vuk Karadžić in Zvečan, Elementary School Branko Radičević in Kosovska Mitrovica, Elementary School Jovan Cvijić in Zubin Potok, Elementary School Kralj Milutin in Gračanica, Elementary School Miladin Mitić in Laplje Selo, Elementary School Knez Lazar in Gušterica, Elementary School Staja Marković in Štrpce, Elementary School P.
