Kristina Mandić was born in Podgorica. She graduated from the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management at the Educons University of Belgrade.

She commenced her professional career in MTEL Montenegro, within the Wholesale Department, as the expert associate for voice services, roaming and interconnection. Working in this company, she has been actively involved in strategic projects, with particular focus on Mtel Travel eSIM, an initiative aimed at ensuring reliable global connectivity for customers. Her vision is to contribute to MTEL’s positioning not only as the leader in Montenegrin telecommunications sector, but also as a significant regional market player.

Kristina is strongly committed to sustainable development principles. She is actively engaged in research and education in the field of corporate social responsibility, implementation of ESG standards and non-financial reporting. She holds a certificate in the sphere of corporate sustainability management and she is assigned to the projects connecting innovation and green transition.

She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
In June 2025, she was appointed the head of the Wholesale Department.
