Graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, majoring in electronics.

Worked on designing and programming electronic devices in the private company “Elkom”. Continued to gain professional experience at the National Library of Serbia, where he participated in the development and maintenance of the computer network.

Began career at Telekom Srbija in 2002 as an IT engineer in the field of mobile telephony. Started gaining extensive experience in telecommunications by participating in the implementation of mobile services and the development of the mobile network from the very beginning. Worked on the introduction of packet transmission in the mobile network as well as on the development of several web services with different functionalities.

During many years of work in managerial positions at Telekom Srbija, engaged as Service Support Manager, with the aim of organizing technical support for mobile Internet users. Thereafter managed support for business users of Telekom Srbija and was in charge of working with large customers. Also managed the work of the technical support service for business users of Telekom Srbija. Has extensive experience in developing mobile applications for the Android and IOS platforms.

Actively participated in the establishment of m:tel, as the third mobile operator in Montenegro, in the designing of the IT network as well as in the launch of all important services and platforms (GPRS, SMS, MMS, CRM, Contact Center).
In March 2021, appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at the Telecommunications Company “Mtel” LLC.

Married, father of two children.
