Srđan Pešević was born in 1985 in Banja Luka.
He completed the undergraduate studies of Business Economics at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz (Austria). He is currently enrolled in the postgraduate program – joint MBA program of the Sarajevo University School of Economics (EKOF) and the Ljubljana University School of Economics.
He started his business career as an auditor with the Deloitte d.o.o. Banja Luka, where he was working until March2013. In the same month, he assumed a new position of the Finance Director with the NIS Petrol Group, which included the Representative Office of NIS a.d. Novi Sad, NIS Petrol d.o.o. Banja Luka and G-Petrol d.o.o. Sarajevo.
In December 2015, he was appointed the Acting Director of the NIS Group in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while, in June 2016, his position was confirmed to a five-year mandate.
In the period of 2021 – 2024, he performed the duties of the Sales Development Director with the technological company of Press Ganey Forsta, which represents one of the global leaders in the market research sphere, being focused on the customer experience, employee experience, as well as on the solutions in the health care domain.
Since early 2025, he has been the International Markets Director with the Walter BBQ Company, having supervised the business operations and expansion of the restaurants chain outside Serbia, including Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the Netherlands.
He was a Member and a President of the Petrolium Committee AssociationBoard, and the Board Member of the Foreign Investors Council (VSI/FIC BIH). He is a Member of the Glas Srpske a.d. Banja Luka Management Board.
He speaks the English and German Language. He is a father of one.
He was elected the Mtel a.d. Banja Luka Executive Director of Sales on 22 October 2025.
