Balša Aćimić

Director of the Department for Marketing, Sales and Customer Care

Born in Podgorica in 1979. Graduated in law from the Sarajevo School of Law.
He has gained many years of business experience working in various positions in Društvo za telekomunikacije “MTEL” d.o.o. since its set-up in 2007, where since 2012, as a Key Account Manager, he has maintained and implemented cooperation with key business customers of MTEL such as banks, large corporations, commercial and non-commercial companies, ministries and other public administration institutions.
Besides performing complex business tasks at MTEL, he attended numerous seminars and training courses to improve his skills in various sales and management strategies. He completed training in the field of direct sales on the topic of CROSS/UP SELLING organized by the Omega Consulting team, and training in PR and CREATION OF MEDIA APPEARANCE organized by the Faculty of Visual Arts, Mediterranean University. He also completed training in the field of “Management in public administration, democracy, human rights and freedoms, elections and electoral processes, campaign management during elections, implementation in public and local self-government”, organized by the National Democratic Institute of Washington in Podgorica.
He was appointed director of the Department for Marketing, Sales and Customer Care of Društvo za telekomunikacije “MTEL” d.o.o. in January 2024.
Married, father of two children.
