She completed primary and secondary school in Nikšić. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, in 2005.
After completing her studies, she lived in the US until 2009, when she returned to Montenegro and began to work in the family company, and then in the marketing department of the “Rokšped” company.

In April 2012, she became a member of the Mtel team within the Budget Department. During her many years of work at Mtel, she has held several positions within the Economic Affairs Department. She participated in and managed the development of all business plans during that period and implemented programmes in accordance with regulatory and Group requirements.
Since January 2022, she has been the head of the Treasury, Credit and Financial Controlling Department. In order to maintain Mtel’s strong financial position, she has led negotiations in financial arrangements with banking institutions in Montenegro and abroad, and managed the development of strategies and a number of business analyses.
She is currently the team leader for the implementation of new software for personnel records and salary calculation. She was engaged in the creation and implementation of the first company application that offers employees benefits when purchasing from more than 50 partners. She also launches new projects with the aim of increasing employee satisfaction with being part of a company that demonstrates remarkable sensibility to their life and social needs, which testifies to Mtel’s being a dedicated employer.
In the belief that professional development rests on constant professional advancement, she attended a series of seminars and training courses in the sphere of finance, corporate and HR management.
She has held the position of Director of the Human Resources Department since November 2024.
She is fluent in English and is proficient in English, Italian and Russian.
