Zoran Milovanović was born in Kruševac in 1972. Upon the completion of Grammar School in Kruševac he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in 1995. His began his impressive career in Telekom Srbija at leadership positions from 1996 to 2016.
Graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, majoring in electronics.
Worked on designing and programming electronic devices in the private company “Elkom”. Continued to gain professional experience at the National Library of Serbia, where he participated in the development and maintenance of the computer network.
Born in 1973 in Nikšić, graduate electrical engineer – major in Energy, department of automation. Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica, on the topic: ”Power line communications”, ”Transmission of data and voice through overhead power lines”.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica.
Passed the state exam.
Since 2000 worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Government of Montenegro.
Graduated in 1982 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Podgorica. Passed the bar examination in Belgrade, as well as the state exam.
After employment in the Basic Court in Podgorica, held the position of the Secretary of the companies “OGP” and “Crnagoraput” and thereafter continued to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro.
Born in 1967 in Skopje. Completed postgraduate specialist studies and earned a master’s degree in information technology specialist – at the Department of Telecommunications and Computer Networks of the Mediterranean University in Podgorica.
