Born in Podgorica, in 1983, Specialist of Applied Computing – Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica.
He acquired his long-term business experience working in various positions in Telecommunications Company MTEL d.o.o. since its establishment in 2007 where he held the position of head of the Section for Digital Services Development from 2018.
He participated in numerous digitalization projects and implemented a significant part of them as a team leader. The most important of these projects are: the SelfCare application Moj m:tel, the corporate portal mtel.me, E-invoice, Webshop, Electronic Fiscalization, Smart Home, Siguran Net, Move and DBC services.
Apart from regular activities in MTEL, Radusinović was a member of the jury in several startup competitions, mentor in acceleration programs and lecturer at interactive workshops on the security of children on the Internet.
Since 2021, he has been a member of the Montenegrin Digital Transformation Board in the Managers’ Association, and since 2023, he has been chairman of the Montenegrin Digital Transformation Board in the Chamber of Commerce.
He was appointed as director of the Strategy and Risks Department in Telecommunications Company MTEL d.o.o. in January 2024.
Married, father of two children.
