Born in 1967 in Skopje. Completed postgraduate specialist studies and earned a master’s degree in information technology specialist – at the Department of Telecommunications and Computer Networks of the Mediterranean University in Podgorica.

Started gaining many years of extensive experience in telecommunications in 1997 in ProMonte as the RAN network Field Maintenance engineer. Since 1999, worked as the Field Maintenance and Installation Manager of the mobile and transmission network of ProMonte. During 2000/2001 worked as a supervisor for the installation, integration, and commissioning of BTS in Ericsson Tunis for the client – Tunis Telecom.

Since 2001, RAN Network Operation and Maintenance Manager in Telenor. Worked on projects: : “Disaster Recovery System”, “Crisis Management”, “Single Point of Failure”, “Telenor Development Project”, on educational project “Boston Consulting Group” for the needs of the Telenor company as well as on other significant projects.

Since 2007, was a member of the management team of the Telecommunications Company “MTEL” LLC as one of the first employees of MTEL, in the position of Head of the Management and Maintenance Service of the MTEL CORE and RAN network. Since 2013, worked as the Head of the Wholesale Voice and Non-voice Services Department in the Telecommunications Company “MTEL” LLC, while since December 2016, occupied the position of the Head of the independent Wholesale Service.

Since January 2018, appointed as the Chief Wholesale Officer of the Telecommunications Company “MTEL” LLC.

Father of three children. Speaks English and Italian.
