Graduated in 1982 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Podgorica. Passed the bar examination in Belgrade, as well as the state exam.

After employment in the Basic Court in Podgorica, held the position of the Secretary of the companies “OGP” and “Crnagoraput” and thereafter continued to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro. During employment in the Ministry, performed the tasks of adviser and independent adviser in the Personnel Service, where in 1993 she was appointed as the Head of the Human Resources Department of the MoI of Montenegro, which, in addition to the Ministry of the Interior, included the now separate authorities: Police Directorate and the National Security Agency. From 1997 to 2000, worked as an independent adviser in the administrative and normative-legal line of work, where, among other things, she was a member of the working groups on law drafting.

From 2000 to 2007, appointed as the head of General Affairs Administration in the aforementioned Ministry.

Since the establishment of the Telecommunications Company “MTEL” LLC in 2007, the Chief of the Human Resources Department within the Corporate Affairs Department. In January 2013, the department she managed was separated into the Independent Human Resources Department.

In December 2016, appointed to the position of the Chief Officer of Human Resources Department.

Holds certificates of completed training sessions organized by the Human Resources Management of Montenegro, as well as international organizations within the Council of Europe in the field of human rights.

Married, mother of two children.
